How do I protect my account from fraud?
The security of your FedaPay account is essential to prevent unauthorized access and fraud. By following a few best practices, you can strengthen the protection of your transactions and sensitive information.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.
How to Enable 2FA?
Log in to your FedaPay dashboard.
Go to "Settings".
Enable the option "Two-Factor Authentication".
Follow the instructions to set up an app like Google Authenticator or Authy.
Why Is This Important?
Even if your password is compromised, unauthorized access will be blocked without the 2FA code.
Go to "Settings" → Check the list of connected devices.
If you notice an unknown device, disconnect it immediately and change your password.
Be Aware of Phishing Attempts
Never click on suspicious links received by email or SMS claiming to be from FedaPay.
FedaPay will never ask for your login credentials via email.
Regularly Monitor Your Transactions
Check your dashboard frequently for any unusual activity.
Set up email alerts to be notified of suspicious transactions.
Never Share Your API Keys
Your API keys provide access to your account and transactions.
Use separate API keys for testing and production environments.
