Once your FedaPay account is created, you can access your dashboard to manage your transactions and settings. Here’s how to log in, recover your password, and manage your personal information.
1 – Go to the login page
Visit fedapay.com
Click on "Log In" in the top right corner
2 – Enter your credentials
Type your email address and password
Click "Log In"
3 – Verify your login
If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the code you received
If you're logging in from a new device, an email verification may be required
If you forgot your password:
Go to the login page and click on "Forgot password?"
Enter the email address linked to your account
Check your inbox and follow the link to reset your password
Create a new secure password and confirm it
If you don’t receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact support
You can update some of your account details directly from your dashboard:
Go to "Settings" by clicking on your profile photo
Edit your name, first name, and preferred language
Click on your profile photo to access Settings
Click on "Settings" to access the following interface:
Click on "Change password", then complete the following form:
Click "Validate"
To protect your account from unauthorized access, enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
Go to "Settings" by clicking on your profile photo
Enable the 2FA option and follow the instructions to link your account to an authentication app (Google Authenticator, Authy)
Scan the QR code and enter the generated code to activate protection

Only accessible with a unique code generated on your phone
