How to use filters to quickly find your transactions and customers on FedaPay?
Managing many transactions or clients can quickly become overwhelming. To help you find specific information easily, FedaPay provides a search tool with filters. With this feature, you no longer need to manually browse your entire history.
You can use filters wherever the "Filter" button is available in your dashboard:
Clients → To search for a specific user.
Transactions → To quickly find a past transaction.
Filtering options vary depending on the type of data you are searching for.
To find a specific client, you can search using:
First and last name → Displays all clients with matching names.
Email address → Identifies a unique client.
Click on "Filter" in the Clients section.
Choose a search option:
"Is equal to" → Exact match search.
"Contains" → Partial match search.
Enter the value you want to search for.
Click "Submit" to display the results.
Tip: You can combine multiple filters at the same time to refine your search.
Filters for transactions allow you to find a payment based on several criteria:
Amount → Search based on the transaction value.
Status → Pending, successful, or failed payments.
Return URL → Redirect address after payment.
Description → Additional transaction details.
"Is greater than" → Displays transactions with an amount higher than the specified value.
"Is less than" → Shows transactions with an amount lower than the defined value.
Click on "Filter" in the Transactions section.
Select the search criterion (amount, status, etc.).
Define a search condition (e.g., "Is equal to", "Contains", "Is greater than", etc.).
Enter the corresponding value.
Click "Submit" to display the results.
Just like for clients, you can combine multiple filters for an even more precise search.
