To fully use FedaPay services, your account must be verified. This process ensures compliance and transaction security. Hereβs how to proceed based on your account type.
Before verifying your account, choose the type that matches your business activity:
Accepts Mobile Money payments only
Limit of 10 transactions per week
Maximum amount per transaction: Between 100 XOF and 300,000 XOF
Accepts both Mobile Money and bank card payments
No limit on the number or amount of transactions
Benefits from the same advantages as a Business account

Log in to your account at fedapay.com.
Go to "Settings" β "Account Verification".
The documents needed vary depending on your account type:
Freelancer β Required documents
Business β Required documents
NGO β Required documents
Government β Required documents
Make sure your documents are clear and legible.
Your request is processed within 36 business hours.
You will receive a notification once your account is verified.
If your account is rejected, contact support at support@fedapay.com to understand the reasons and resubmit the required documents.
If you have a Freelancer account and want to switch to a Business or NGO account, you can request a resubmission:
Go to "Settings" β "Resubmit My Account".
Update your information and documents.
Click "Submit" to send your new request.
The validation process remains the same (36 business hours).
