Your withdrawal may be blocked for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect information → The registered Mobile Money number is incorrect or inactive.
Insufficient funds → Your balance is lower than the requested withdrawal amount.
Technical issue → A temporary incident is preventing the withdrawal from being processed.
Operator restrictions → Some Mobile Money operators impose limits on withdrawal amounts.
Unverified account → If your FedaPay account has not been verified, withdrawals may be blocked.
If your withdrawal is pending or declined, follow these steps:
Log in to your FedaPay dashboard.
Ensure that your balance has sufficient funds to cover the withdrawal amount.
Go to Business Settings → My Business → Mobile Accounts
Check that the Mobile Money number is correctly entered and active.
Some withdrawals may take a few hours, depending on Mobile Money operators.
If a technical issue is occurring, wait and try again later.
Review your Mobile Money operator's conditions to see if there are any daily or monthly withdrawal limits.
If your withdrawal remains blocked after verification:
Check your transaction in the Withdrawals tab of your dashboard.
